We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 7 days of receiving the same.

Can my delivery address be different from my Credit/Debit card address?
Yes, for example customers staying can send gifts to their friends and relatives residing anywhere in India by specifying their delivery address different from their credit/debit card address (billing address). The company reserves the right to reject.
How does the refund policy work?
There will be 7% administration charges involved for payments made using credit card/net banking respectively at the time of refund.
We will not be in a position to refund you the courier/shipping charges incurred when sending the products across to you.
The Total Product Amount paid by the customers will be refunded excluding the courier/postal charges incurred by customers in the case of returning the products to us.
For payments made using credit/debit cards refund will be made to their credit card/account.

All our products come with the manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty, if the manufacturer provides the same. We don’t deal with grey market & duplicate products. We only deal with authorized dealers & genuine products.
